Terms and Conditions for Returns and Replacements
- All replacements are done from our customer care-desk at our branches.
- Proof of purchase (valid invoice duly signed by our distributor, indicating date of purchase).
- We reserve the right to refuse to validate your claim if the product is damaged due to careless handling.
- We reserve the right to refuse to validate your claim if the product in question has been tampered with.
- If fault has not been reported and product returned within six months of purchase.
- We do not replace breakables such as flasks, glass utensils and ceramic.
